Here, Corum and the Mabden's enemy is the Fhoi the gods of the Cold Folk, and they have to deal with war, and the terrible, biting cold that steadily grows worse and worse.

This is one of the books of the second Corum trilogy, which is possibly the darkest series Moorcock has written to date. I give this book a low rating because I didn't really enjoy reading these books, not because of any lack of imagination or talent on the part of the author. If you're into dismal fantasy, this is as good as it gets.
