Deceiving pictures and horrible product,

This product is EXTREMELY deceiving. The actual mold is very small and it's hard as hell to get the bullets (which are as wide as a wooden pencil) out because they crack. The bullets aren't big at all, maybe 1/8th the size of a normal ice cube.STAY AWAY!

this is an awful product and waste of money,

the ice tray is very small and will look nothing like the pictures shown. it is designed in a very poor way and all the ice "bullets" will stick to one another. it is also a hard plastic tray and will probably break at least half the bullets when you try to remove them. i would have been much happier if it made a single bullet that was bigger and you could tell it was a bullet rather than long thin ice cubes.. don't waste your money!

Misleading,

The product does not work as described; the tray is flimsy and does not give you anything that resembles the sellers pictures. The bullets will likely freeze together because the case will not seal properly. Pair this terrible product with worse shipping and you have a completely negative experience on your hands.

I bought these about a year and a half ago for my husband who is big time into hunting. The idea is cute...but the product just doesn't work. The bullets break when you take them out of the mold...and the few that don't break don't actually look like bullets. They look like long slivers of ice. I paid way more than they cost on Amazon...so unfortunately I am extra disappointed. I paid way too much...and the product doesn't work.

Great shape...difficult to secure mold together,

This shape is great for what my son needs to use it for...a narrow necked vase-like bottle that needs ice cubes, and the shape is just as advertised. The problem is that the top and the bottom of the mold do not keep together very well. Once I fill it with water and put the lid on, water drips out as I carry it to the freezer, because the top does not lock down tightly. It must be kept perfectly level (which is difficult to do in my freezer), or it will lose enough water to affect the shape of the ice. Except for that little glitch, the shape comes out as advertised, and freezing time is very quick.

ok the best way I've found to get perfect bullet ice cubes is to fill the bottom tray put the top on, then pour water on the top so the water goes into the little holes when you think its full wipe off the water ontop and stick it in the freezer and Bam!! Perfect bullets

It's pretty small, you only get, like, 10 bullets. So if you're trying to serve a group, buy more than one tray. Not a complaint, just an observation. They're a little difficult to fill, mine still come out a little wonky, but other than that, it's what I expected.

When i first saw this concept, i thought it was great. After receving the propuct i filled the ice tray with water per the instructions, and once the ice cube came out it was just not the greatest. I have also tried filling the ice trays differently with the same results. Love the idea of the trays, but i would recommend a different set of trays.

Won't Kill At 30 Yds,
This review is from: Bullet AK47 Ice Cube Tray (Kitchen)
Okay, I think we all have had that notion that, if we could just create the perfect ice bullet - one which stays firm until contact, and then melts quickly leaving no evidence - then many doors would just proverbially open right up for us. Alas, these ice bullets are way to small for a standard issue Kalisnikov, and upon trying to use the tip of one of these as the projectile of a real AK-47 bullet, their diminutive size had them melting well before impact, even at 30 yards. No, friends, this is not your elite murder weapon. Look elsewhere.

I bought this ice tray for my husband and he loves putting them in his drinks. the tray is more durable them i expected so it doesn't bend when putting into freezer, which is a plus. as long as you fill it all the way you get a perfect round bullet
