There is a phrase in this book that has stuck with me since I read it. That's quite an achievement in this 'noisy' world where there is so much to take in and so much information coming at us. I won't tell you what the phrase is as I suspect everyone will take their own message from it. Great book, easy to read, and message well and truly received. Thanks Chris, as always a positive contribution.

I loved this book so very much. As someone who helps others define and hone in on their brand--and how that brand is showing up in the world--I found this book to be an invaluable resource. I gleaned so many great takeways from it--and it taught me some new ways to think about branding and help others to do the same. I would definitely recommend this book to every business owner I know!

I helped Chris with all the interior formatting of his book, so I know its contents intimately. Chris examines brands that have failed to create a bulletproof brand, and interviews experts who have achieved that lofty status of having a brand that stands above all others. The writing is easy to read, and the expert interviews are engaging.

His experts come from a variety of industries, and share insights that apply whether you're a personal brand, a small mom-and-pop shop, an entrepreneur or a large corporation.

He demonstrates what to do when a brand is broken, how to redefine your brand so that it resonates with your customers, the roles that consistency and clarity play in defining that brand, how collaboration and context come into play to grow and expand your brand, then how to capitalize on the progress you're making and create a sense of craving in your customers for more.

If you're in business, having a bulletproof brand is a necessity. This book will highlight the dangers if you don't create a bulletproof brand, and show you how to create one when you're ready!
