Good Book... but be CAREFUL! Many copies have missing pages,

This is quite a good product for its intended use in the classroom etc.
HOWEVER I have seen many copies of this title with manufacturer's defect - missing either pp. 17-24 or 9-16. I don't know how widespread this is or if only a particular print run is at fault.
