About the Author
Brad Forsythe co-founded his first company in 1981 and has over twenty years of experience in the strategic leadership, marketing and operations of small, medium and large businesses. His past clients range from startups to the world's largest corporations. Holding key leadership positions, including risk management responsibilities, Brad learned what really works in the business of risk management. His first company ran nearly trouble-free for two decades, in spite of its Fortune 100 client list. The company (200 employees) was recently sold to $1 Billion giant, and the sale was made all the easier because the buyer saw little risk in the transaction. Brad is trained in Strategic Finance for Small Businesses by the Harvard Business School and is an honors graduate of Augsburg College. He is a member of the Risk Management Association. His articles are widely published by America's trade press.
