it is bigger than I expected and not easy to use
on May 23, 2016
I purchased the "Classic Bullworker" to work on isometric strength. To my suprise, it is bigger than I expected and not easy to use. I find it is best for isometric holds targeting the chest and like to use it in between sets of strength training. I do not, however, have any use for the cables. I do not believe that they can compare to using bands or a chest expander for pulling movements. I also do not find it to be a very effective tool for a full body workout. It is simply something that I will "throw into the mix" and incorporate into my workouts. That being said, I do not regret purchasing the "Classic Bullworker" because of the main chest exercise it offers. I have not found a way to mimic that "crushing" chest movement with any other piece of equipment.
