Bye-Bye Bullies, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to protecting the integrity of individuals and preventing violence in schools and beyond. Founded by attorney Dennis Maloney, Bye-Bye Bullies organized the Violence Prevention Under the Midnight Sun conference in Anchorage, Alaska, the first national conference on bullying. The Bullying and Beyond series keynotes were filmed at this conference. This video features Shelley Hymel presenting a keynote that includes many real-life, recent examples of how students have snapped after constant bullying. She talks about the Columbine school shootings, several instances of suicides, and even a brutal murder of a bullied girl by classmates.
