5.0 out of 5 stars Very worthwhile!, August 15, 2010
This review is from: Bullying, Rejection, & Peer Victimization: A Social Cognitive Neuroscience Perspective (Hardcover)
The editor of this book presents a vast compilation of clinical research studies on this topic. It is perhaps the only collection of research studies available on the subject of bullying and its effect on the brain published in one volume, and it is one of the best books available on the topic. It is thorough and densely informative. Harris contrasts current psychological, social psychological, and neurological perspectives on bullying, ostracism, and rejection. It is very circumspect. In all, fifteen scientific papers are admitted to the collection. All contributors are distinguished researchers.
