I purchased this watch on my Honeymoon in December 2008. I must say that the images of it on the internet do not do it justice. This watch has a fine and unique look to it that adds to your confidence. I usually only wear it when I'm looking and feeling my best, it's that kind of piece. Some of my favorite aspects of it are the shape of the casing; the crystal actually has a slight curve to it. The blue pointer hand on the day calendar along with Sunday being in that same blue adds a small pop of color to the face. As a graphic designer and photographer, I appreciate how the Bulova logo is placed in a 3rd of the frame. As another reviewer noted, the line pattern in the center of the face and Bulova logo on the crown are also great features on this watch.

My only complaint is that the numbers for the date of the month are very small. What adds to this disadvantage, is that the dates are shown in a number then dot then number pattern. This only adds to the difficulty of reading the date. But, this does not detract from the beauty or value of this piece in my oppinion. At least the date is on there to begin with, which is something I always look for in a watch.

This timepiece almost reminds me of a classic automobile. It's a combination of vintage and modern styling and definitely worth adding to anyone's collection. In my oppinion, it's one of Bulova's most unique and attractive, recent offerings.

This is a beautiful watch, perfect size, desing and weight! I'm a collector of watches and with no doubt this is one of the best adition to my collection.

The face of the watch is a very very light silver tone (almost white) it has vertical stripes which gives a very fine look, if you take a look at the first picture show by amazon the face looks tottaly white which is not totally accurate.

This bulova shows the day of the week on the left side with a blue handle which looks very fine, the indicator on the right side is the date, a little bit small numbers but not a huge issue, and below is the 24hr indicator with little screws on the sides which are a very nice detail. The bulova sign is on the side knob wich is anothe nice detail on all bulova watches. The strap is from good materials.

Overall if you are looking for a very nice watch this is a great selection.

This is a beautiful watch. It looks great. It is thick and wide with a very rich leather band making it an elegant watch that makes a statement. The dials are arranged in a very unique way that people always want to know what watch it is. While it is mainly a dress watch, it goes very well also with casual clothes. It is very nice piece and hey.. It's a Bulova!

I've been using this watch for the past few months and not only is it very handsome and professional looking, it also goes well with casual clothing.

I have thin wrists and large watches sometimes dominate my wrist, but this watch fits very well.

My girlfriend got me this as a birthday gift. I wanted something unique but not crazy and this watch is exactly that. I'm actually hesitant to review it because I don't want anyone else to wear the same watch! It's great for work or for more formal occasions (not really a weekend watch around the house). For those of you aspiring for the class of Jaeger LeCoultre or Patek Philippe but you're not there yet (like me...but I like to think I'm on my way), this is a good watch to start off with. When you do buy the $25,000 watch, part of you will probably still miss this one. By the way, I got it off Amazon because it's $100 cheaper than Macy's or other dept. stores.

this is a very nice and comfortable watch.the silver on this watch has a lot of shine to it and so does the black leather band.the only reason i didn't give this watch 5 stars is because of the very small numbers on the date dial.i think they should of made the crystal where it magnifies over the date dial.the 24hr dial is big enough to see without putting the watch in your face.overall this is a very nice watch and i recommend it to anyone needing a nice quality watch.

This watch is unique and it looks very elegant on the arm. We are happy with the quality and the functionality of the watch.

I received my watch today with much anticipation but it was a bit short lived, I actually thought the watchface would of been a bit bigger. I have huge hands so it looks small on my wrist. Besides that the watch looks elegant. I received it as a birthday gift from my girlfiend so I am going to apreciate it a whole lot. Delivery was great. It reached my skybox on the date they said it would.
