I received the watch in new condition from Amazon. It was the first Bulova I ever purchased. It's a beautiful watch and has quality looks. I'm disappointed that the chronograph doesn't function. I did not think to test it before taking it to a jeweler to resize the band. The jeweler removed a couple of links and set the time. I paid my bill and left the store. When I sat in my car and pressed the chrono start and reset buttons, nothing happened. Since I already paid for the resizing, I didnt want to handle through Amazon. I contacted Bulova through their webpage. They replied within a few days and told me to complete a form and now I have to pay to ship it to Bulova and send them $10 for return shipping. I thought I was buying American made quality but it doesn't state made in America anywhere. So much for supporting America and my perception of Bulova quality...I am definitely hesitant to ever consider Bulova again.

This is an amazing watch, pretty solid, looks good on the wrist, gift it to your BF/someone special and you won't be disappointed.
