This watch is great. It doesn't have a million functions or bells and whistles, but is accurate, easy to read in both light and dark, and is very sturdy. It's not what I would call heavy or bulky, but doesn't feel like it's made out of cheap materials either. I also enjoy the leather strap since it doesn't let the watch slide around on my wrist like other bands do. I picked the Marine Star watch because it is a nice watch that I could wear with a suit or with a t-shirt and jeans. The orange face (which I wasn't sure I'd like at first) is actually the best part. Since my suits are all very conservative, this is a nice accent that's more contemporary. Another plus is that the hands glow quite brightly in the dark. I may not be much of a diver, but other watches I've had don't have hands that glow as brightly in the dark.
I don't have any negative assessments to offer other than maybe the leather strap is still a little stiff, but I imagine that will work itself out in a few days. If you're OK with a watch with an orange face and don't need all the stuff chronographs have, I'd recommend it.

This is the second of two watches recently purchased through Amazon. Both watches were Bulova and the are both spectacular watches. The keep impecable time and look great for dress or casual wear.
