I bought this watch for my Mom and I had been in the watch market for around a month looking at watches in Macys etc. but their price tags were expensive. However, this watch was very unique and the black dial with diamonds looks really nice on the wrist. Overall, a very nice watch and instead of paying $425 retail price, I bought it for $199 from Amazon which was a deal for me. Only Con is that the locking mechanism is little bit difficult if you don't have a thin wrist as the lock needs to be unclasped from the inside. Good news is that Bulova offers 2 free links for a watch in case the band needs to be loosened. I called up Bulova customer service in New York and they sent me 2 extra links free of charge which now makes it perfect. I still prefer Seiko's clasp better as they can be opened from the side but looks wise, this was the best one I had seen so far hence I have to give it 5 stars.

Wow! This watch looks so elegant. The black dial and diamonds really make it stand out. It looks like a more expensive watch. It's hard to find something like this with the black dial and that makes this watch so much prettier. I love it. It's probably the watch I use the most. I can use it all the time whether is something formal or casual. I also like that it has a display for the date.

At first, I was hesitant to order this watch. It seems an awfully high value thing to put through the post. Could it really be as pretty as it looked? At that price? There must be a hitch. Someone had reviewed a similar Bulova watch and had said it was too big (man sized) and hard to undo the clasp. PHOOEY. Perhaps that person ordered a mans watch by mistake this watch has a beautiful black face that is 1 inch across and is very easy to read. The braclet sits as I like it - just a little loose on my wrist which leaves me room to slip my finger under it and undo the hidden clasp on the back side. Very secure. It glitters in all tyhe right places but isnt too ostentatious. FAB watch! SO GLAD I bought it.
AND the company who sent it had it to me quickly- packaged up beautifully and included their own guarantee too.
