Beautiful! Design is ('scuse the pun) timeless. Easy to see across a large room, but simple, crisp, and very accurate. Best money I've ever spent on a clock.

My husband and I first saw this clock about 10 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. The lines are clean and classic, the face is easy to read even from across the room, the size makes it perfect to go in a variety of places -- desk, TV Stand, side table, above the Kitchen sink.

I would say that it is probably a bit to small to be a true mantle clock, in my opinion -- it is about six inches across and shorter than it is wide -- in my mind, mantle clocks are taller and have a larger presence.

The clock runs on a single AA battery and lasts forever. It keeps excellent time and is easy to set. The color and quality of the wood is quite nice and fits in with any decor.

Overall, this is a lovely clock for home or office (or home office) and you'll enjoy it for many many years as we have enjoyed ours!
