I love this bag. I am a small woman that carries a macbook, software & various computers parts for work & always had a sore back or shoulder from my previous bags. I saw this & bought it. I liked it so much as did my co-workers that our boss ended up ordered one for all of the techs & reimbursing me for this one. My only complaint with it is that the snap on the small pocket does not stay stuck (magnetized). I have talked with BBP about this & they acknowledged the problem & said they have improved it. Nothing they could do for me but it is a small issue for me that is pretty insignificant compared to the overall greatness of this bag.

Great bag. Roomy - lots of places to stash all the things I carry regularly. The first week - at least 3 people asked where to get one.One co-worker bought one for her daughter who has 2 little kids - too old for diaper bags - but still have lots of things to carry - this pak lets her do it all and still have 2 hands free.
