4.0 out of 5 stars Nice, Lightweight Diaper Bag
Pros:
It has a beautiful fabric; I get compliments on it a lot. It is lightweight and roomy enough for everything I need for me and baby (I can be a bit of an overpacker) without being cumbersome. It has just the right number of pockets-two on the outside where the removable changing pad is (which is also sort of a larger compartment too), a smaller one on the left...

This is a very nice diaper bag. The fabric is pretty and already 'stain resistant' treated, which is nice because it is a lighter color fabric. Inside is brown color with two pockets in front and back so four total. Front of diaper bag has a changing pad that can be removed if you don't want or need it along with two pockets. 3.0 out of 5 stars Nice Diaper Bag, May 7, 2007
This review is from: Bumble Bags Kimberly Tote Bag Blue Latte (Baby Product)
This is a very nice diaper bag. The fabric is pretty and already 'stain resistant' treated, which is nice because it is a lighter color fabric. Inside is brown color with two pockets in front and back so four total. Front of diaper bag has a changing pad that can be removed if you don't want or need it along with two pockets. Also has a side deep pocket perfect for a sippy cup or bottle. The wide strap is comfortably worn on the shoulder or as messenger style. Fits over stroller handles nicely on my Graco. The reviewer before me mentioned the zipper zips all the way undone on top and that's true but can be prevented if not unzipped completely. I paid ~$61 and wouldn't have paid full price for it and I'm a diaper bag fanatic. It's pretty and functional but it isn't anything I would spend ~$130 on. Favorite feature: wide strap.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice, Lightweight Diaper Bag, September 4, 2007
Pros:
It has a beautiful fabric; I get compliments on it a lot. It is lightweight and roomy enough for everything I need for me and baby (I can be a bit of an overpacker) without being cumbersome. It has just the right number of pockets-two on the outside where the removable changing pad is (which is also sort of a larger compartment too), a smaller one on the left outside that can hold a bottle or something, and four on the inside. There are also two elastic straps on the inside to hold bottles. The strap is wide and comfortable even when the bag is heavy.

Cons:
The bag stands on its own, but I wish it had four metal buttons/buckles on the bottom to protect the fabric more. I can see this bag getting dirtier and more thrashed than my other diaper bags that have them. I don't particularly like the way the zipper opens up completely vs most bags where the zipper stops at one end. The bag is a little shapeless for those who like a more structured look.

Overall, I'm happy with this diaper bag so far, esp since I purchased it when Amazon was having a sale.

Side Note:
I wanted to mention that parts of the product description (at least when I purchased this bag and also on the day I reviewed it) are not correct:

"With adjustable and removable shoulder and back straps, it's designed to be used as either a messenger bag or a backpack. Inside is a detachable, machine-washable, fold-out changing pad (in brown--how handy!). Multiple pockets include side cell phone pocket with magnetic snap closure, side bottle pocket, two back pockets, two front pockets, and two inside pockets."
**The straps are not adjustable or removable, nor are there back straps.
**There is no cell phone pocket with magnetic snap closure and the other descriptions of the Bumble Bag pockets are inaccurate.

These descriptions refer to the Jessica line of Bumble Bags. Hopefully, they will change it soon. I researched this before I purchased it so I wasn't upset when I got my bag, but it may make a difference to someone who was expecting adjustable and removable straps.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very cute diaper bag., March 9, 2007

THis diaper bag is super cute and I get lots of compliments on it. You can't tell in the picture but the zipper seperates completely which can be difficult to close if you only have one hand.

1.0 out of 5 stars Very dissapointed in the bag., March 9, 2008
This review is from: Bumble Bags Kimberly Tote Bag Blue Latte (Baby Product)
Very poor quality bag this is. The seams are not well finished, with threads hanging off. The strap is shaped in a weird way andcan not be adjusted. The zipper comes apart totally and is a huge pain to do up. I gave it as a shower gift and my friend returned it to me saying I should return the bag as it such a poorly made design! Is it returnable?

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed with this diaper bag..., November 18, 2008
I bought this diaper bag because I loved the pattern and it got good reviews. There are some great things about the bag- there are lots of compartments for little things like pacifiers, diaper cream, bottles, etc., the wide strap is really comfortable, and the detachable changing pad are all nice features. But what I don't like about the bag is that it has no structure, so the middle part tends to "balloon" outwards. The most frustrating thing about it is the zipper. The zipper isn't connected at one end, so when you unzip it, the whole zipper becomes disconencted. Additionally, after 1 month of use, the zipper stopped working altogether- when I would zip it, the zipper would come undone in the middle and then open up completely. So I'm now walking around with a diaper bag that is always open. Granted, it may be that I have a defective zipper, but I'd think that for $130, the bag would come with a more heavy-duty zipper on it.

2.0 out of 5 stars cute but not worth the money, September 24, 2008
It's a cute bag but nothing special. I should have just bought a cheaper one at Target or something. There is no structure to the bag and does not have the kind of compartments I need to keep my diaper bag stuff organized.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good value, September 1, 2007
This review is from: Bumble Bags Kimberly Tote Bag Blue Latte (Baby Product)
I dont know how I got this bag for so cheap, but I can't find another one at this price anywhere. It's very cute and the best fabric I have seen on a diaper bag-no staining if you keep it spot cleaned. It's not a backpack though, as the name suggests, it is a messenger style bag only. The zipper does separate completely to the inside compartment, but that's the only thing I have had to get used to, and it's not that bad once you learn not to separate it completely. I love it!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Celeb Style!, August 23, 2007
I purchased this bag off of Amazon after visiting several boutiques and the prices being $40+ higher in the stores. The bag is very durable yet stylish and practical. It's not obvious that you are carrying a "diaper bag". It is very easy to clean, all you have to do is wipe it with a damp cloth. Also, after I purchased this diaper bag I saw in a magazine that this style of Bumble Bags is a Celeb favorite!

5.0 out of 5 stars One of my favorite bags!, April 28, 2009
I finally found a bag I like!
This bag comes with a very sturdy changing pad, LOTS of inside pockets.. plus an outside pocket on the side perfect for your cell phone. The strap stays 'up' so that if you have it on the floor, you can still pick up the bag b/c you don't have to bend down to get it. The fabric is wipe-clean, the bag itself is light when empty (this is a big deal for me.. why would I want a bag that is heavy when empty?)

The designs are oh-so adorable, and the bag itself is durable.

Only thing I'd like added is a carabiner inside for my keys! To keep the zipper from opening up, i just put a diaper pin across the end of the zipper, so that it does not come apart. Voila! problem solved.

4.0 out of 5 stars Stylish, roomy, enough pockets for everything, October 8, 2008

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this bag back before my son was born (he's 6.5 mos now). This diaper bag has been *great!* I love the fabric, and for me, the strap is the most comfortable of any messenger bag I own. Its also just the right length for me, I could see this being a problem for shorter people. Its a light bag, and even traveling long distance (flying), it never seemed to be heavy or over-packed.

There are two drawbacks, neither especially serious. I join other commenters that the main zipper is composed of 2 separate pieces, so it does take two hands to get the main compartment closed back up. This is annoying. My second minor complaint with this bag is that the changing pad is TOO SHORT. You can detach the pad and use the bag flap for the baby's head, but if you have a wiggler, its very difficult.

Still, I love this bag for longer trips. (I use a large Ameribag for short jaunts.) After my son is done with diaper bags, I'll keep using this for me!
