I was deeply disappointed with this product. It is definitely not the Bumble and Bumble from my salon. At first it simply seemed watery, no where near as thick as the real product. I had some of the original left and compared, definitely not the same viscosity. I attributed that to first use, but it did not improve. Second, I noticed that rather than moisturizing like the real product, it seemed to have a drying, stripping impact. And the smell was off, couldn't quite place it until I picked up some baby shampoo. It smells remarkably like Johnson and Johnson dimestore brand. This product is a rip off. The best I can tell, they are bottling some cheaper brand name, watering it down and selling it at full price. I won't be purchasing from this vendor again.

I agree with the other reviews, the last bottle I bought from Fragrance Net was watery and smelled different--you have to use tons of it to get any lather at all, and it leaves your hair squeaky in a way my previous bottle did not. Fragrance Net may be selling a watered down, fake version, or else B&B reformulated this stuff in the worst possible way.

I have used this product before and loved it. It did not seem like the same product. It smelled like Suave instead of the rich coconut smell I usually associate with this product. It made my hair feel tangled and dry. Will buy the product from a retail store or directly from Bumble and Bumble in the future.
