Did not get any positive effect, left my hair tangled up more than after using any other shampoo. Also tried the deeep protein mask, no improvement either. Would not recommend.

I have very hard to handle, thick, color treated, frizzy, wild hair.

My Stylist turned me on to the series and I now will never use anything else.

I use the damage therpy #1, #2, #3, and sometimes...#4.

Cost a fortune - but it is worth it.

This shampoo has worked a miracle on my hair used in conjunction with Bumble and Bumble Damage Therapy Conditioning Creme, Treatment 2. This shampoo is part of a 4 product suite that treats damaged hair due to over processing. I've used all 4 products (1. shampoo, 2. conditioner, 3. protective leave-on conditioner, 4. conditioning mask) but the two MOST impressive products were this shampoo and the conditioner. I am in my mid-40's and I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair. I have my hair colored and hilighted every 2 months and I use a flat iron each time I style my hair. If you pull on the ends of my hair, it will snap and break. My new stylist recommended these products. I didn't want to buy them because they are SO expensive! Finally I did. The VERY day I used the shampoo and conditioner I started getting compliments on my hair. In fact, in the past month I'd say people (friends AND strangers) compliment my hair almost on a daily basis. They are noticing the color AND the health of my hair! (me? healthy hair?) I seriously have not received compliments on my hair since I was in my 20's. I'm stunned, amazed, and thoroughly satisfied. If your budget doesn't allow for all 4 products, just get the shampoo and conditioner. It's definitely worth it.
