Universal Write Publications LLC sent me a review copy of their children's book called "Bumblebee Longhorn Needle". I was impressed by the bold colorful cover that is an eye catcher and as I flipped through the book this stands true for the whole color illustration. It's been a long time since I've read a book that started off with "Once upon a time" so those four words took me back to my early years of avid reading.

This book tells the story of the big Butterfly who was not afraid of anything, and the Bumblebee Longhorn Needle. The Butterfly believes he's the best thing since sliced bread, while the Bumblebee just buzzes along being happy and minding his own business. As the Butterfly watches the Bumblebee he forms a jealousy towards him and tries to cause trouble.
You'll want to read this one to see what transpires between the two and who gets the message loud and clear that bullying is not the answer!

The author of this book is a young girl by the name of Cheyanne Rosier. KUDOS to Cheyanne who used her own personal experience to pen this story with a deep message! The book is geared to children of all ages...adults, this is one for you to pick up for the youngsters in your life!
A great descriptive story with a message you won't miss!

The Cheyanne Book Series is a children book program where children stories are written by children and teens between the ages of 5-17. Universal Write Publications welcomes children and teens who love to write, so this is an outlet for young people to submit their stories.

I loved this story! I've given Bumblebee Longhorn Needle another name...Humble Bumblebee!!!

A highly recommended read for our youngsters.
