BSWW Medium,

This review is from: Bummis Super Whisper Wrap Cloth Diaper Cover: Medium (15-30 lbs). (Baby Product)
I love it! I was looking for a good quality cover for my prefold diapers, & liked the BSWW, because of the large weight range (15-30lbs), & the durability. The only downside is that I find it's hard to get the poop not to stain the white covers, even if I wash them immediately. Overall though, I love the BSWW! They're a great value for the money.

new to cloth diapering,

This is the first cover I've tried and it's great. I don't plan on trying others. It leaked the first time I used it because I hadn't adjusted it properly but since I check the fit, no leaks!! I use cloth while at home to cut down on costs. I don't recommend them for overnight...but if you want something affordable for during the day this is a winner.

great prefold covers,

These are great covers for prefold diapers - sturdy, comfy, easy to care for, and no leaks so far. For a few dollars more, the Super Brites (Super Brite Diaper Cover - LG - Green) are my number one pick because they have an extra gusset inside the leg. Both come with laundry tabs - a must for laundering!

Switched to cloth,

I've been wanting to switch to cloth for a while and had been researching a lot of different options. I was actually getting very overwhelmed with all of the choices. I finally decided to go with the simplest (and cheapest) option of the prefold and the whisper wrap. I am so happy with my choice. I have found a couple things out though. If my son pees in the diaper I need to change him before he pees again otherwise it will leak. I still use disposable at night so I don't have to get up and change a wet baby and a wet crib in the middle of the night. I've heard that it is easier to potty train a cloth diapered baby though and I do believe it because my son realizes when he is wet now and doesn't like it. He is Breastfed and very trim and the wraps fit him great but there it room to grow in them. My friend was interested in switching too and wasn't sure how well they would fit her chunkier baby so we tried a wrap on her and she seemed very comfortable in it. Also my son poops in the potty so I don't know how it would be if he went in his diaper for that but it works great for what I need.

Great iovernight protection!,

This bummis wrap is breathable, durable and fantastic for extra protection at night. We put it over a regular diaper to avoid leaks at night and it's been working wonderfully. It's also saved us money by not having to invest in "Overnight" diapers. I particularly like how soft it is and that it's adjustable (with velcro). It's also easy to wash and treat for stains. (ighly recommended.)

I haven't used these in a while, but I remember that they were pretty good. Not my favorites, but good for the price and the weight range is pretty big.

It gets the job done,
This review is from: Bummis Super Whisper Wrap Cloth Diaper Cover: Medium (15-30 lbs). (Baby Product)
When I decided to start cloth diapering my 14 month old, I bought some prefolds, fitteds and four covers of different brands. The Bummis Super Whisper Wrap was by far my least favorite. This diaper wrap is very sturdy and well made. It washes up beautifully and dries quickly. However, it is stiff, bulky (yes, cloth diapers are bulky, this cover is extra bulky) and fits awkwardly. The leg openings lack gussets, which means that you must take extra care to tuck and retuck the diaper to avoid wicking. My personal preference is for a softer, stretchier cover, such as the Imse Vimse Soft cover. Imse Vimse Bumpy Soft Cloth Diaper Cover - Large (20-26 lbs) However, friends of mine rave over the BSWW, and I can see for myself that the quality really is very good.

Bummis are the best!,

We've tried just about every diaper cover out there as well as every AIO and we keep coming back to the Bummis super whisper. Our daughter is thin and tall and the velcro means we're able to get the diaper tightened to fit perfectly. Well worth the money.

I am a disposable diaper mom, however, for night time or extra protection I throw the bummis wrap over the diaper and have never had a leak. They wash up very nice and the velcro stays very strong. It is by far the best wrap I've used.

Fabric wicks moisture,
This review is from: Bummis Super Whisper Wrap Cloth Diaper Cover: Medium (15-30 lbs). (Baby Product)
While this cover is easy to use and fits well, I've noticed the fabric seems to wick moisture to the outside. I had my baby in the cover overnight last night, with an insert, and woke to find her soaking wet with a huge wet spot where she was lying. The diaper was totally tucked into the cover, and the whole back of the cover was wet. This is not the first time I've noticed this problem with the cover, and this morning I just threw it out. I don't know if it's the detergent I use or what, but get the Thirsties covers instead. They're much more moisture-resistant.
