I love this tv series. Toon Disney one was playing this. I seen it in Wal-mart around October and had to have the Mr. Bumpy! Love the series wish more were out to buy! --amazon.com

Product Description

Going Bump in the Night was never so much fun with the animated adventures of Mr. Bumpy, Squishy, Molly Coddle and the various "household" monsters. They must ensure that the human inhabitants are protected from evil forces such as dirty socks and the Closet Monster. Gasp! Features the episodes "Bump & Roll", "Night of the Living Bread", "Party Pooper", "School's Out", "Not a Peep", and "Adventures in Microbia". Where is the episode in which Squishington loses his face? Bumpy tries to get the gum from his stomach? Bumpy falls in love with the china doll? the toilet runs dry? the turkey? Molly Coddle and the thing from the trash can? the silverfish? This show had some great moments (heck, that I can remember these episodes after more than 10 years speaks to this) and if one were to choose the best 88 minutes! from the series, only two of the short episodes might included on this DVD might make the cut. To compound matters, there is no sense of flow to the episodes or an introduction to the characters for the uninitiated -- it opens with the mediocre "Bump and Roll" from the second season and jumps around from there.

I was SO excited to see that at least some of the episodes have been released.
Growing up, my mom, brother and I would all sit around on Saturday mornings and watch Mr. Bumpy, along with Reboot. My mom never forgot Mr. Bumpy, her favorite kids show she watched while we were growing up.
I bought this DVD and surprised her. My brother, Mom and I all sat down and watched... We couldn't peel our eyes off the TV till it was over. =)
