5.0 out of 5 stars A stroll down memory lane....
I was SO excited to see that at least some of the episodes have been released.
Growing up, my mom, brother and I would all sit around on Saturday mornings and watch Mr. Bumpy, along with Reboot. My mom never forgot Mr. Bumpy, her favorite kids show she watched while we were growing up.
I bought this DVD and surprised her. My brother, Mom and I all sat down...

2.0 out of 5 stars Great show, but far from the best episodes
Where is the episode in which Squishington loses his face? Bumpy tries to get the gum from his stomach? Bumpy falls in love with the china doll? the toilet runs dry? the turkey? Molly Coddle and the thing from the trash can? the silverfish? This show had some great moments (heck, that I can remember these episodes after more than 10 years speaks to this) and if one were...

Where is the episode in which Squishington loses his face? Bumpy tries to get the gum from his stomach? Bumpy falls in love with the china doll? the toilet runs dry? the turkey? Molly Coddle and the thing from the trash can? the silverfish? This show had some great moments (heck, that I can remember these episodes after more than 10 years speaks to this) and if one were to choose the best 88 minutes! from the series, only two of the short episodes might included on this DVD might make the cut. To compound matters, there is no sense of flow to the episodes or an introduction to the characters for the uninitiated -- it opens with the mediocre "Bump and Roll" from the second season and jumps around from there.

5.0 out of 5 stars A classic, September 20, 2007
This review is from: Bump in the Night: Night of the Living Bread (DVD)
When "Bump in the Night" premiered on television in the 90's, it was destined to become a classic. This collection captures all the quirkiness and uniqueness that made it a favorite in our family. I just wish there were more dvds of this show.
