Book Description

What happens when Prince Charming turns into Houdini? If you're his girlfriend, Elle Nixon, you totally freak out...and shop until you hit your credit limit.
Elle thought she had the perfect life as a music PR maven and party girl on the L.A. social scene. She attends the hottest parties and has a roster of artists, which reads like the who’s who of Billboard magazine until her charismatic boyfriend disappears with millions of dollars...during the middle of a high-profile fraud investigation into his investment firm by the FBI.
Add an unplanned pregnancy to the mix and suddenly, it’s not so fun anymore to walk a mile in her Louboutins.
Elle's search for answers brings her to the last place she ever expected. Will she manage to put her life back on track and snag a happily ever after?

5.0 out of 5 stars Good story of a woman finding herself March 6, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This isn't my usual book and I almost didnt read it but after a few pages I was hooked into the story. Girl leaves small town, sister died tragically young, at the top of her game doing PR in the hip hop scene finds love with Prince Charming- and lives happily ever after? Not! Things are not as they seem and through a lot of soul searching, trials and tribulations- betrayal and deceit- she finds out who she is and what is truly the most important thing in life! I recommend if you are looking for a feel good read that is rather uplifting.

4.0 out of 5 stars Feels like we've known each other for years September 27, 2011
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I felt like I knew Elle for years. There were times when she made me so mad (wallowing) and then times when I wanted to call her to see how she was making out with everything and if I could help in anyway. I say, read Bumped if you'd like to escape your own life for a short time and sit it in on someone else's.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bumped is such a GREAT READ for Everyone!!! April 7, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
'Bumped' by Sibylla Nash is a great read. It’s fast paced like the European bullet train! Each character is fully-developed and thoroughly researched. I was amazed at how she was able to vividly describe intimate details available to only entertainment industry insiders. She hit a home run with this year's breakout success!

After reading and enjoying several other books by Sibylla Nash, I see why this woman of letters is being discussed as ‘the next biggest scribe!’ I recommend any book written by Sibylla Nash!

Great book.. Love truly blinds you and makes you oblivious to what is actually going on around you... Glad Elle didn't let her problems take over.
