Easy to assemble, but the balls don't really bounce off the inflatable bumpers as shown in the pictures. Best to use on carpet, rather than wood floors, where the balls roll too fast. My 4 year old seems to enjoy it, so I guess that's all that matters. Seems a little expensive for what you are getting, though.
