This piccolo is pretty good. It comes with a warning that says that in California they recognize that a chemical(s) that may be in it can cause cancer. Which that is just something that I want to see on something that I am holding up to my face for several hours a week. I wish they would make it out of something else so that warning could be taken off. It plays well but it comes with hardly any cork grease so you'll have to buy more.

My 14 year old daughter wanted a piccolo as she is advancing in her flute playing. She is pretty good for her age, but it was hard to justify buying an instrument for hundreds of dollars (especially since we had just gotten an advanced flute not long ago). She was able to pick it up an play it right away! She is very pleased with it, and I was pleased at the price (below $200). Very good buy if you need one.

Very clear sound, super instrument, a lot nicer in person than in the pictures too. If you are looking for a decent but reasonably priced instrument rather than just a cheap instrument, this would be a good one to pick and worth the slightly higher price.
