The all glass decanters work much better than the ones with a metal bottom. The metal ones scorch the coffee and tend to leak out the sides also.

I originally received my 2 glass decanters very poorly packaged. They were in a large box side by side with no protection around them so needless to say one of them arrived in a million pieces.

I emailed the company right away and within 24 hours they sent me 2 replacements packaged properly in their own individual boxes then those boxes were protected in a larger box.

I recieved the order within days of ordering which rather surprised me. It was all in one piece and not cracked or broken.

I had ordered two of Bunn's glass Coffee pot; they seem to have thicker glass then regular Coffee pots.That is one of my reasons for rating 5 stars. Besides it is drip / spill proof outlet.

When my original bunn pots broke because of careless handling I went to Sams Club and bought replacements. The only ones they carry are plastic and metal. They never fit, and made noise when full of coffee and on the burner. I just received my new replacement glass Bunn pots. They're perfect. They fit the burner, make no noise, and there is no coffee stains and residue in the container to add a stale taste. "I love, love love my glass Bunn coffee pots!

The glass Bunn decanters are well made and are much better than the cheap plastic ones I find in local stores.

Best all round Decanter for Bunn Coffeemakers, I think more durable than the look alikes out there. : )
