Our office finally pitched in and purchased this coffee maker, after years of going through leaky household-type coffee makers. We used to run two coffee makers all day long - probably eight pots per day each. Our new Bunn is faster and can keep up with our demand. Be aware that this Bunn VLPF does NOT include the two decanters pictured. Only when the box arrived, did the outside of the box mention "decanters not included." We've been using it for over a week now and so-far-so-good. I also purchased the extra 3-year warranty, just in case.

The Bunn VLPF is one of the best coffee makers on the market. I run a little coffee
center at work, making coffee all day. It does not take very long to make a couple pots of coffee, thus reducing the time away from work.

THIS IS OUR 2ND UNIT WE'VE PERCHED FROM AMAZON & WE LOVE IT. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS UNBELIEVABLE. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM & THEY SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT BEFORE I CAN RETURN THE BAD UNIT. WE WILL BE DOING MORE BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE.

The office needed a replacement for our coffee station. Our old one was just like this. Could not find anything close in features or price until I found this on Amazon. The perfect replacement -- exactly like the old one that worked for 12-15 years. Coffee junkies are happy. I'm happy.

This coffee maker is perfect for our office - especially the automatic feature. The coffee maker we had previously was a "pour-over" type - no one wanted to be bothered making the coffee when they took the last cup - now its so much more convenient! The hot water spout is really a nice feature for those who drink tea, hot chocolate or cup a soup for lunch. We have been very pleased with this machine and would recomend it!

We purchased this unit, and it starting leaking while it was still under warranty. BUNN replaced the unit right away, but the replacement unit starting leaking just the same. We have had a technician troubleshoot the unit, and he was unable to determine the source of the leak. We have cleaned the unit with a plumbing snake - this seems to help for a couple of days, but the leaking always returns. It leaks from the top (literally from the top corner of the unit) AND from outside the basket.
