Although I liked Buns of Steel 3 better, by no means was this video a waste of time or money. My buns are tighter with the help of all the buns of steel videos.

The Buns of Steel really does work your butt, unfortunately the music is boring and Tamilee does not only not motivate me, but she annoys me. I bought this tape and have done it 4 or 5 times, it's just.....boring!

The Buns of Steel really does work your butt, unfortunately the music is boring and Tamilee does not only not motivate me, but she annoys me. I bought this tape and have done it 4 or 5 times, it's just.....boring!
