Outstanding. The various steps are demonstrated in slow pace, while the camera focus directly on each movement as it is verbally explained. One easy video for beginners to learn basic steps throughly and then go on to more advanced stages of Tai Chi.

Very well instructed. Short but relaxing. I like his instructions, very well done and you do not have to think so much about what you are doing as he goes slow and is very clear in his instuctions. I found it very easy to follow. I would recommend this one for beginners like me.

I really like this one. Its easy to follow and learn. I liked the flow very much and the pace was perfect. I had gotten some that were awful so when I received this one I was very happy about it. If you order it I think you will be pleased.
