Really happy with our purchase! So far we've just been using it as a stroller and it actually works better with two kids than our single jogging stroller (Urban Kidz) did with one.
It's very easy to push and rolls straight- easy to adjust if it doesn't! We couldn't adjust our single stroller at all.
Very roomy for the kids and tons of space in the back for hauling. Kind of wide for grocery shopping- but that's not what they're for, eh?
The directions for setting it up were not fancy, but OK for me. Didn't have any problems anyway.
The Burley people were outstanding to work with. When the stroller arrived, it had some minor shipping damage (broken plastic cap on one of the batten tubes) and one wheel wouldn't lock in properly. The Burley people gave us a quick fix for the wheel that worked like a champ, and sent a replacement for the shipping damaged part. Good to work with a company that stands behind their product- and does it quickly and efficiently.
We're looking forward to trying it out with our older son and the bike next weekend. Turns out that our younger son is too young for this year... but next year!! btw-- That's something to be aware of- it's not recommended that kids under 1 year ride in any bike trailer. The bumpy ride isn't good for their brains or bones and even infant helmets are just too heavy for them to hold up their heads. Safer to wait.

We ordered this a bit in advance of when we could use this hoping to get a "jump" on things... when the stroller arrived, we decided to put it together to make sure all worked as it should despite knowing that it would literally be months before we could use it. The assembly instructions represent a point for potential improvement from Burley, and the online videos were little help. The instructions left us guessing a couple of times and the videos didn't show enough detail to be helpful. Once we finally had it together, we found that one of the clips was broken. To their credit, Burley responded quickly to an e-mail which included digital pictures of the problem, mailing out a replacement part within a day.

The stroller seems to offer many options, but again, the instructions are so unclear that we're really not sure how to make the stroller do all the things it claims to be able to do. In total, we think this'll be a great item, save for the issue with the plastic clips (that are not overwhelming sturdy) it seems to be built well and will likely serve us well for some time.
