The Boot Camp Workout is a 4 weeks total body conditioning program to burn fat fast and get lean.
This a a road map to get in shape fast if you follow the program. The workouts are shorts and you do not need any equipment.
The workouts are for both women and men, for any level. The bodyweight exercises are the basics every "athlete" will need to master to get in shape, both muscular and cardiovascular.
You can design your own boot camp workout by choosing one or several circuits; these circuits are made for outdoor training, but you can modify easily for indoor if you want to. The circuits are detailed with precied explanation and photos.
You get a tool to evaluate yourself (personalized assessment system) the author has designed and use currently with world class athletes (fighters).
The training plan follow a very effective periodization system used by most of elite athletes, if you follow it the results will be real and will come fast. But as any training program you'll need a strong commitment and take action.
The main results will be: lose fat and drop pounds quickly, tone and gain muscles, lower resting heart rate, better recuperation, better energy.

Dominique is a world class trainer who can make tough workouts seem enjoyable. I worked out with him for 2 years and got in the best shape of my life. I would highly recommend his workout series for all fitness levels as it can be very effective for everyone. He is a very personable and friendly individual but has expertise in training and workouts like no other.

A great guide to being fit and fighting flab. Using easy to assimilate and natural body techniques the results are excellent. One of the aspects to this training that I really appreciate is that you can use it to suit your capacities. Another thing I really appreciate is that the techniques make use of your own body weight as opposed to the traditional gym workout with huge weights.

just has variations of the most basic outdoor exercises, pushups, squats, running, and shadow boxing. no creative ideas or considerations (modifications for people, or keeping the body in balance-> i.e. all push no pull). from the description i thought it offered more than what you can find on a free google search, or even a quick 1 minute brainstorm on what exercises you can use outside. totally lame book.

Dominique Paris is a Physical education teacher and Sport conditioning coach. He hold a Master degree in physical education and sport .

He has 20 years experience of teaching, training and coaching (kids, athletes, business people and celebrities), he is also author of several books in France.

Dominique Paris is born in Orleans, France. He started practicing sports at a very young age: skiing at 5, kayaking at 8, rock climbing, gymnastics... Outdoor sports and training are a lifestyle for his family: canoeing, skiing, moutain climbers. Kayaking became his main sport and he trained and competed at the elite level (National Team and international events), in Slalom and Downriver.

With a Master's degree in Physical Education, he taught in high school a few years near Paris, then trained students for sports and fitness diplomas and certifications at the Sport Minister. Besides, he developped a high profile clientele in Paris, looking for his expertise in fitness and physical conditioning: he became the private trainer of the French star Emmanuelle Seigner, Roman Polanski, Josiane Balasko, Romane Bohringer and Sigourney Weaver while she was working on a movie in Paris. Then he decided to fly to Los Angeles. After a few months of struggles, he started to work with Oscar De La Hoya, implementing his powerful cardiovascular conditioning method. Oscar won with an impressive maner the mega fight against Julio Cesar Chavez in Las Vegas. As a trainer of a mega star in boxing, Dominique Paris got many interviews in newspapers, magazines, radios and TVs in France. After several fights with the Golden Boy,he moved back to France and published a first book about his training methods for boxers. Since he has been working with many professional fighters (mostly in boxing and kickboxing), among them several European and World Champions.
He develops training programs as an author and publisher: everyone can get in shape fast, just do not listen the "main stream", keep it simple, eliminate all gadgets, focus on your conditioning and enjoy your life.
