This is the first single from the album, so I'll keep it short. As "What I've Done" was the bridge from Meteora to Minutes to Midnight, "Burn It Down" is the bridge from A Thousand Suns to LIVING THINGS. In other words, it has an in-between sound. And, the song itself is about burning down something old and building something new for better or worse. This is one of only two tracks on the entire album that feels like an entirely complete and fulfilling song (despite the imperfect score).

RATING: 9/10
