I ordered this to finish out a gift certificate, and wasn't expecting much. Was I surprised! The 16 stickers are beautiful, exquisite quality. They're made with "Acid-free inks, paper and adhesives" and look as crisp and clear as the original artwork. There are 16 stickers, four to a page. Each sticker is about twice the size of a large postage stamp, with a thin white border around each one, with the title of the painting and the name 'BURNE-JONES' written at the bottom of each sticker. I'm quite thrilled with the stickers, and plan to buy more of them. I'm also looking into other artists in this series of 'Dover Fine Art Stickers'.
The 16 paintings reproduced as stickers in this booklet are: 'Tree of Forgiveness' (the one with the infamous 'scarf') 'The Beguiling of Merlin' 'Pygmalion and the Image - The Soul Attains' 'Love Among the Ruins (detail)' (one of my favorites by Burne-Jones) 'Maria Zambaco' 'The Garden of the Hesperides' 'The Baleful Head (detail)' 'Saint George and the Dragon' 'Pygmalion and the Image - The Godhead Fires' 'Astrologia' 'Vespertina Quies' 'Pan and Psyche' 'Laus Veneris' 'The Briar Rose - The Sleeping Princess (detail)' 'The Mirror of Venus' 'Le Chant d'Amour'
