I have to say that the only reason I heard of this group was because a girl I knew was talking about them during a study hall. They sounded interesting so i scouted around ebay and found a copy. Now its 4 years later and I found myself popping this record in and enjoying the whole thing. I have tons and tons of music and only a few albums can roll as smoothly from front to back as this one. It was a shame that it would be their only record, but it proved to be a fine debute and swan song at the same time. If you see a copy, snatch one up, you wont regret it at all.

I still pinch myself at night that such a band even existed...AMAZING! Every song tugs at your being. It sucks that they're not as popular as the other crap we're forced to listen to today, but I guess it's just for the "real Prophets" to keep to ourselves :) It's worth whatever price they're selling it at.

The season one BTVS clips were only a small preview of the band's awesome vocal and instrument range. CDs rarely transport me to an artist show, but this one pulled off the trick nicely. Not only did I feel like I was inside the 'concert', but I also began searching for this CD.

Dashboard Prophets space outside of the top 40 just leaves more room for fans who independently make up their own mind about music. This CD is heartily recomended for anybody wanting great music from a 'new' band that has not yet had the chance to soak the airwaves. All tracks are good, and there is nothing prompting a 'skip'.

I first heard this band on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I thought they were pretty good until a few years later when I found this CD. Every song has its own story and none are the same. This album is really good.

I think it was in 1998 I saw

the firsth sesion of BTVS, and I have been looking for this band ever since, yesterday i stumbled onto it. I have been looking for this record for 7 years and it's been worth the wait!!!
