I felt the product gave me too much of a buzz including causing difficulty concetrating and made me short tempered. It also increased heart rate. I won't use it. It might be OK for others but if you try it please start with only one capsule for a few days and see how you feel. If you have any heart problems, STAY AWAY!

I have been using this product along with their vitamins made for women as well as going to the gym and seeing a personal trainer for four months now. The product does work... but it is not a miracle pill. You need to watch your caloric intake and go to the gym

I used this product while I lived in New York and lost 60 pounds in three months, but I was eating healthy and doing cardio every single day. I gained a lot of weight when I moved to Florida and bought the product again, I was determined to lose another 60 pounds by Graduation Day...I started eating healthy and doing cardio every single day; I achieved my goal!!! This product did not have a rebound effect.......I guess it also helped that I am in my twenty's........Bally's Total Fitness sometimes has them Buy One Get The Second 50%, that's when I stock up......

I've used this suppliment for almost a month.... I don't see any difference even though I'm working out at least 4 times a week. But just a reminder to everyone who is not use to drinking too much coffee, soda, tea, and energy drink. this product has a lot of caffine. When I first took the pills I was running around crazy because I had too much energy I suppose~ If you are not use to taking caffine like me reconsider before you buy this product.

It help me to bring my weight down. also you need to eat less and go to Gym.

I'm not sure how well the product is working because I haven't been terribly consistant with it. But when I did exercise and take 4 a day, I got some compliments for looking slimmer eventhough I didn't feel like my clothes were any looser.

I am very satisfied with the product ingredients though. I have a very weak stomach and most diet pills make me throw up. I take these with food or at least some yogurt, and I've never gotten sick.

I started taking these pills last week, i havent noticed any side effects. On the huge plus side ive been eating healthier and going to the gym 5-6 times a week as of the last 2 months. Ive noticed that before I would only go to the gym about 4 times a week but now i have an added boost of energy and im able to go on the days were i would have normally been resting and i get in 3 and a half hour workouts like nothing. I have lost 40 lbs in the past almost 2 months.

Maybe I'm a little more "immune" to some of the jittery problems of which some have complained. I have been using this in conjunction with Bally's vitamins for women, and I'm quite happy with both products. I find that the Fat Burning Complex gives a little boost of energy, but I don't feel as though I'm jumping out of my skin. I give it four-out-of-five, as I feel the energy boost could be a little more. As another reviewer said: This is no miracle pill. There is no such thing!!! This is just a small boost. A well-rounded diet with regular exercise is really the key. It's been said for years for a reason: THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE!!

I am on my third bottle of Ballys fat burning complex. I have noticed increased definition. Mostly on my arms and legs. Part of the reason is the increased energy I get from the 100 mg of caffeine. I can complete two complete sets where I normally did 1 1/2 sets. I also sweat alot more.

The only draw back I noticed is increased acne. My heart also beats more rapidly. I'm not sure if its because Im working harder or the fat burning complex. I have also maintained the same weight. Hope this helps.

Whene I started useing the pills at first I had some problems with sleeping and my heart rate increased because I'm a caffeine addict and because thies pills contain alot of caffeine. I reduced my caffeine intake and every things return to normal ... it gave me energy and decreased my appetite . I'm usenig it with a reduced calori diet and going to the gym . I lost 14 pound in 2 weeks .. very effective
