What a great book. Frank has taken a worthy approach in writing this book. Why should you buy this book over other RE Investing books? The answer is simple...Burst This puts substance, strategy and real scenarios into play and makes it easy to read and understand. Frank goes a step beyond authors like Kiyosaki who get you hyped up about something without giving you an actual education. If you have never done a RE deal or have done many you will get your monies worth from reading this. This book is a good one to have on the shelf and should be re-visited occasionally. Thanks for investing your time, knowledge and wisdom into this book Frank. Blessings.

I really like Frank's Methodology for Marketing, The grade school compass approach. Sometimes we get so lost in the details or the big picture and we forget that everything has to come back around to product. His Marketing Ideas are different and fresh, yet so simple. I like the check lists and ideas on how to get started in the "green" market. This is a great book for any real estate investor no matter how big or small. Thanks Frank!

Burst This by Frank McKinney: Bubble-Proof Real Estate Strategies is the Real Estate Czar's amazing way that he made millions and wants to share his secrets with everyone. His philosophy in life is to Do Unto Others What You Would Want Them To Do To You and to do well and do good, wherever you find the need. He has only a high school education (with low GPA), no college or other formal training in design, archetecture, business, or marketing, yet he has become one of the top ten real estate developers of the most prestigious properties in the world. At the same time he is a living Robin Hood, selling to the rich, making huge profits, and creating homes and entire communities for the poorest of the poor around the world through his non-profit organization Caring House Project Foundation [...] . This amazingly successful and generous man tells his formulas for predicting and staying above the ups and downs of the real estate market, whether you are a realtor or a home buyer. This is an amazing book of information and practical, sound advice in a world of near financial ruin.

I recently purchased the following books, Burst This! and The Tap!.
Very well written and filled with facts from somebody who actually walked
the walk and not just an opinion on the subject. If you are interested in
the real estate business and want to share thoughts from the ultimate source,
through which all thoughts originate, then you will enjoy these books! Great

I met Frank personally and had the pleasure to tour his beautiful home at the famous Aqua Liana in Manalapan Beach, Fl. He truly inspired me. Whether you are just starting to think about investing or if you have been researching and buying for years, you should read this book. It clearly explains all the essential steps to becoming a successful investor and reveals many of the myths of real estate success. The author, Frank McKinney's, does not try to sugar coat the process one bit and can be brutally honest about the mistakes people make and the effort that is actually required to be an investor

I highly recommend this book to anyone thinking of investing in properties. It covers all the groundwork and will give you a real taste of what you're getting yourself into

From his insights on six real estate cycles and how to handle them to the truth on real estate's ups and downs, this tells investors how to handle market fluctuations for maximum profit. A fine choice for any real estate investment collection.

I'm not really surprised that Burst This! is better than any other real estate investment book out there that I've read - McKinney has a knack for doing things big and doing them RIGHT! I love the way the book is written - layman's terms that make it so easy to digest and understand that I can also invest and make money in real estate not just in bad times or good - in fact, at any time. The fact that he is never governed by a boom and bust mentality makes him stand out in the world of successful businessmen. He uses his own strategies that obviously have proven very successful for him - and will now prove the same for us. I can't stand the books that get you all hyped up and then really don't give that much information on how to do it yourself. That's what I love about this book - it gives you EVERYTHING you need! The fact that McKinney donates a lot of money from book sales to his charity that builds homes for those less fortunate is an added plus for me - he puts his money where his mouth is - literally! Great book - couldn't put it down. Thanks, Frank.

Being a real estate investor and builder myself I can say this much: Frank McKinney's book absolutely blew my mind away. I loved reading it so much that as soon as I was done with it I went for a second round! He shares great strategies and marketing ideas, amazing insight and very generous information on how to approach and work not against but WITH a market like this one!. What a blessing to have someone like him share his knowledge with us. Trust me, this guy is the real thing. I ended up exited and felt empowered and passionate about this industry once again for the first time in a long time... this is not the first McKinney's book I read and for sure it wont be the last one.

There is no denying that we have gone through a wrenching period in finance and real estate these past few years. Everybody is looking for answers. Frank McKinney takes this challenge straight on - you need to see how he addresses the bubbles of the past and this past bubble. You also need to see his solid strategies on how to thrive during these times. Even if you are not a serious real estate investor, it's a great book for homeowners and everybody else in business. Reading Burst This! is like jumper cables for your career.

What a great book. The author has taken a great approach in writing this book. I looked at some other real estate investing books but choose this one because I found more substance and some real life scenarios in this one. These are things to which I can relate. With this book, I can understand the steps, this in language I can understand. This is great information whether you plan to invest in real estate or simply buy your own home the intelligent and cost effective way. Add to this the fact that proceeds from the book sales benefit the good works of the authors Caring House Project Foundation. This is a the book I will keep on my shelf and refer to in the future
