Does the job
Unlike the previous reviewer, mine came packaged quite well and everything was included. The 6 cups are a bit small. It is kinda cheap looking, but what do you expect? it IS cheap! Bottom line... it gets the job done. We used ours for a cheese fondue. Next we plan on doing a chocolate fondue.

You get less than you pay for
I ordered this for my sister for Christmas and it arrived missing parts. It was not packaged well and parts were all over the place in the box. The overall quality of this item is just not good. It looks and feels cheap. I would not recommend this item, especially as a gift.
