1 of 1 people found the following review helpful By Martin L. Keane on March 22, 2007
I've completed Level 3 training and now do all my exercising at home. I start with a warm-up using some of the exercises in Level 1 and 2 and then complete Level 3. I am much more confident in my ability to walk longer distances and walk without signs of being an older man. I can now dance and have danced on several recent occasions. I am not the "Astaire" I used to be but I hang in there with some pretty good hoofers. I attribute this improvement to Rene's program but also to her enthusiastic desire to help seniors improve their lifestyle and prevent injury from falling. It is the best investment I have made in my health in many years!Rene Burton, It's Never Too Late, Healthy Aging Level 3 (Advanced)
