I ordered this and didn't receive the product for almost 2 weeks, 2 days past the delivery date indicated on my order. So I contacted the seller and they were very prompt with their response. They appologized and resent the product overnight. This was for my son's 7th birthday cake, and it turned out awesome with this product as cake toppers.
