This is the most AMAZING hair product I have ever used (and that is no small claim, Burt's Bees has won me over for good!!) This product smells like HEAVEN! and even better it is a superb deep leave in conditioner ( I bought a combo kit at Sun Harvest that has the avacodo treatment and a cute little shower cap with little bees on it, but any shower cap will work fine). Put the stuff in your hair, put the cap on and go to sleep, and in the morning you wash your hair and it is so soft and shiny! I color my hair all the time and this treatment keeps my delicate hair so strong and healthy...my mom, brother and many of our friends are addicted to this stuff now!

And if that is not enought... both my man and I have thrown out ALL of our hair products (no joke and we had a ton!) and ONLY use the Avacado Hair treatment..ONE tube takes the place of ALL of our: gels, pommade, wax, etc. and you only need a little bit to keep your hair polished, full of life and in place all day,,plus your hair smells great all day long! If you already have great hair or your hair needs extra TLC I would highly advise you to buy this...it is funny to say..but it has truely changed the life of our hair for good! I no longer have to waste anymore time or $$$ looking for a better product....

I have color treated hair and wanted something that wouldnt ruin my hair further. This was the best conditioner I've ever used.The longer I left in, the better it worked.My hair was soft and smooth after every use.The only problem was it comes in small tubes, so I needed a longer lasting supply. Other than that, it was something I will use again.

I love the way this smells...SO GOOD! Good for a deep moisturizing treatment every once in a while during the winter. (I however didn't read that you were suppose to use the treatment BEFORE you shampoo...I shampooed my hair THEN followed with the treatment...which left my hair oily and sticky.) WHEN USED CORRECTLY THIS IS GREAT!

This is a very rich hair treatment that's more effective than regular conditioner. It leaves my hair very soft and shiny.

For best results, I completely wet my hair with lukewarm water, slather this on, wait for 15 minutes, wash with placenta shampoo from the dollar store and follow up with a dollop of Suave Milk and Honey Conditioner (another cheap product that smells divine).

If I go more than a few days without this regime, my hair becomes dry and dull ... probably due to the hard water we have in the Bay Area. I cant recommend this product enough. DO YOUR HAIR A FAVOR AND BUY THIS NOW :)

I have used a ton of different hair products over the years, 3 minute conditioners, hot oils, etc. Usually they don't make a very big difference on me, as my hair isn't all that damaged to begin with. I got some of this in my Christmas stocking and used it for the first time yesterday. Wow! I have never felt my hair so soft in my life! The stuff smells pretty nice too, always a plus. Yet another Burt's Bees product that I will love using when I want to pamper myself. :)

I have always wanted to try this since I love Burt's Bees Products. I am african american and have extremely coarse and extremely dry hair. I followed the directions and it was great. One night I forgot to rinse it out and left it on over night. It was even better. Great overnight leave in treatment.

I bought this to use as a conditioning treatment. I used it once and put it away. A few months later I was looking for a styling product to use and I saw the back of the tube that said "Great as a mousse too"

I decided to try it out. I used a little bit before I blow dried my hair and it worked amazing. I had no fly aways and it helped hold the style all day. It made my hair smell awesome and look awesome all day. Be careful not to use too much or your hair might look a little greasy. I use it everyday and my hair looks great.

I love all of the Burt's Bees products that I've tried, but the Avocado Butter Hair Treatment has to be the best. I use it twice a month to help restore shine, luster and strength to my hair due to blow drying and to help prevent split ends.

This product is thick, dense, and packed with natural ingredients (99.25 percent, to be exact), including vitamins and amino acids that moisturize and mineralize your hair. After using it just once, you'll definitely see some improvement. Follow the directions on the tube, but try to leave it in for at least 5 minutes or longer if you can for best results. The product smells nice, is not tested on animals, and lives up to its promise.

I love the Burts Bees Avocado Butter Hair Treatment. It smells so delicious. It makes my hair so soft and silky. I like to use it when it gets extra dry from the pool, beach, or the heat. It tames my wild, long curly hair and smooths it. Its a great product for your hair, and is mostly natural.

I have coarse, thick naturally curly hair (type 3b) that needs a deep conditioning at least once a month. The consistency of this cream is similar to vaseline and a bit greasy--which is perfect for my hair. If you have extremely fine or limp hair I would definitely recommend buying a lighter conditioner than this one. However, it works nicely for my needs.

It's similar to using one ripe avocado and almond oil mixture (nothing else) on your hair as a deep conditioner (it leaves my hair incredibly soft). I actually prefer the homemade version, but keep the Burts Bees Avocado Butter on hand for when I'm out of fresh avocado.
