Absolutely Wonderful Product!,
At 3 months old my daughter developed a rash that would only slightly improve with zinc oxide and dimethicone based diaper creams. After reading all the reviews for Burt's Bees diaper cream it sounded like it was God's gift to diaper creams, so I thought okay I'll try it but I was hesitant because it took two months of various baby shampoos and washes before I found one that would not break out her skin into a rash and/or over drying. I went ahead and purchase the baby gift pack that included the baby wash/shampoo, lotion and diaper cream and guess what? I'll never go back! Her rash cleared up considerably in the first use of the diaper cream (as so many other people have experienced) and was gone in 3 days. Also her hair has never looked and felt so clean and soft! After day three I started noticing that her skin felt so soft that I wondered if the lotion was even necessary (admittedly I've been using some of the lotion too and I love it!). She smells clean the day after her bath too. Now some people complain about the smell and of all the products the diaper cream was the strongest of the scents, however I still enjoyed it. I have always been a fan of the hand made soaps and it reminds me of those.

Great scent but not tear free,
By
This review is from: Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo & Wash, Tear Free, 12 oz. (Misc.)
I received a small sample bottle of Nature's Baby Organics body wash and shampoo and used it to bathe my 17-month-old twins. I started to wonder why they didn't mind face washing as much with this sample as they did with Burt's Bees shampoo and body wash, which we've been using to bathe them since they were born. So I did a test on myself. Burt's Bees, which is supposedly tear free, stung my eyes when I opened them after lathering up my face. Nature's Baby Organics did not sting my eyes at all when I applied the soap to my face and opened my eyes. After all these months, I had no idea that products labeled as "tear free" could possible sting my babies' eyes. The Burt's Bees product does smell wonderful. With Nature's Baby Organics body wash and shampoo, after they are out of the tub and dry, there is no scent at all, which is okay, and I certainly wouldn't trade a truly tear-free formula for one that smells good but stings my babies' eyes.

Upon using this product as a shampoo, my toddler rubbed his eyes quite a lot during and after the bath. He became upset and wanted to get out of the bath, which he normally enjoys. Later, trying the product myself as a test-- it irritated my eyes!! This product is not "Tear Free," and will likey irritate your child's eyes. It's unconscionable that Burt's Bees are marketing this as a baby product.
