My daughter had the worst case of diaper rash ever! She actually had blisters, and we tried desitin and a and d before we read a great review on burt's bees and decided to give it a try. Boy is this stuff great!! It smells very good like piney essential oils and cleared most of her diaper rash overnight! My baby is happy as ever!!

my son has very sensive skin since birth and nothing has ever helped. Desytin burns his skin like acid and baby powder only makes it feel better for a short time. I put this cream on him and the second time around his rash was gone. I recomend this product it is nice having a happy baby :) with no rashes
