Good but sticky, August 20, 2009
I bought this creme recently because of its natural ingredients. It has a nice pearlescent appearance, creamy consistency and pleasant smell, and although I haven't seen any drastic results yet, it seems to work fine. My only complaint is that after I smooth it on, it feels tacky on my skin for a little while.

Love it!, December 23, 2009
I am in love with this cream and would like to buy more from the Radiance line. I don't have any complaints about it. It goes on easily and isn't greasy. The smell doesn't bother me - I don't LOVE it, but I do like it. And I really think it has made a difference in my skin.

I don't care for it, January 30, 2010
Two months ago, I bought the Burt's Bees Radiance Night Creme because I was looking for a natural nightly moisturizer to help me get through the winter months and restore moisture to my skin. I'm only 23, but skin care is important to me so I've tried a lot: Clinique, Mary Kay, Artistry, Oil of Olay, various drug store brands, and even Creme de la Mer.
I apply the cream by dabbing my fingertips into the jar although I'm sure you could use a makeup applicator if you desire. The consistency isn't quite as thick as lotion so it will drip a little, but I wouldn't outright call it runny either. The cream doesn't have an offending smell to it, though I can often smell it on my skin an hour after putting it on.
After it is applied, it makes my skin look greasy but the shine disappears as it gets absorbed. I dislike the tacky feeling on my skin since I have bangs and it tends to catch. It's a good night moisturizer because I can still sense (not feel... but sense) it on my skin in the morning, and that must just mean its a heavier formula than my usual day time moisturizers.
One of my favorite makeup gurus, Kandee Johnson, likes to wear a night cream under her makeup but this is NOT the cream if that is your own intention. If you try layering it with makeup, the cream absorbs the makeup and starts flaking off your face in white pieces. That's just FYI.
Even though I was excited about the royal jelly advertised in this cream, I really don't enjoy putting it on my face. I haven't seen any marked improvements in my skin either (except that I'm breaking out more than I used to... maybe related?). It seems I've barely put a dent in the bottle, and I already want to get rid of it. It just wasn't for me, but if you're still trying to make a decision, there are some youtube product reviews that might help you make a more informed decision.
