This is a real nice bookcase and great value for the price! It is very sturdy and great for someone who doesn't have alot of space and/or needs a good amount of shelf height. The shelf height is very roomy as I can fit binders on every shelf. Each piece of the bookshelf is quite heavy (lending to the quality), but it was very easy to assemble. I even received a compliment on how nice it is in both quality and appearance!

Had a problem with the bookcase. Cymax responded in less than one hour from the time I registered my complaint. I must say that this response was excellent along with the resolution to the issue I had with the item. I am very satisfied with the transaction overall. This bookcase came quickly and had free shipping, which I was very happy with but when I opened it I discovered that there was a crack horizontally across each of the bookcase's sides. The package weighed 96 lbs and was a pain to get into my apartment so I wasn't willing to repackage and return it. I was still able to assemble the shelf and load it completely with books but it bows out where the cracks are and the cracks are obvious when looking at the sides of the shelf.
