These are great binoculars. I've owned much more expensive binoculars and truely don't see any difference. Great buy. They are 100% waterproof since I flipped my canoe and they were not affected in any way.

Put your money down. I don't think you'll get a better pair of glasses for the price.
Great Birding Glasses for the scrubs. 8x42 are better in lower light but 10x42 is a better at spotting birds that are far away. I bought 2 and feel great about the purchase.

I'm an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, and after reading many reviews of various water-resistant and water-proof bino's, it was obvious that the H2O's were a good choice.
I've used these many times over the past two months and have consistantly been impressed. They've never fogged up, and although I haven't had them submersed yet (not really sure if I'm looking forward to that!), I have used them in rain while out hiking, and I trust they're completely waterproof! These are kind of heavy for backpacking uses, but for a 10x42 pair of bino's that are waterproof, you really can't go wrong with these. Maybe they could've included a nicer, or slightly larger case with them. It's sort of hard to jam them into the back and take them out without the lens caps coming off each time.

Bought these for an Alaskan cruise. It was a good choice. Our party had a variety of binoculars ranging from cheap no-name (which did not work at all) to Nikons. For my use these worked the best. I did notice the captain of one of the excursion vessels had the full-size version of this exact binoc. Yes, they are waterproof and I needed them to be. Easy to focus. The right magnification for viewing whales, eagles, glaciers, etc.

I bought these to replace my larger, non-waterproof binocs and I'm really impressed. They're bright, clear and powerful. I highly recommend them.

I purchased these binoculars mainly for the purpose of watching football games from my upper level seats. The view of the field is very sharp and clear. During night games the view through them is surprisingly very bright. It seems to gather in light very well. For a full size binoculars it's not as bulky as I thought it would be. To me it's just a little bigger than a pair of compact binoculars. Only problem I had with them is that they were a little heavy as they hung around my neck. And because of the weight I had to really hold it steady with two hands if I wanted to keep the image I was looking from shaking. Other than that I was happy with the binoculars overall.

Muddy image, dull and lifeless was my first impression. For example, I then tried a pair of Nikon Monarch 10x42's, and was stunned by the comparative brightness and liveliness. If you can afford to spend more now, or wait and spend more, your eyes will be rewarded for many many years to come.

Nice clarity, compact, and focus is easy to get adjusted. I'm sure they're waterproof as advertised because I've been out in the rain with them and they still work. However, they are NOT fogproof as advertised. I was siting in a tree stand deer hunting on a cool damp morning and lifted the binocs to my face to look around. I got about 3 seconds of good viewing before they completely fogged over to the point I couldn't see anything through them. I might try treating the lenses with rain-x or something and hope for the best. The #1 reason I bought these was the claim Bushnell made about fogproof. To say the least I'm a bit disapointed.

These are the first binoculars we've owned and purchased them for a cruise to Alaska. They were used during cold, damp weather and didn't get any built up condensation. They are lightweight and easy to pack for travel. They were easy to operate for seeing distances or enlarging objects that were slightly closer. I would recommend them to anyone that doesn't have a lot of money to spend because in my opinion they are worth more.
