This binocular has a nice tight feel. It is easy to focus, light in weight, and is very easy to adjust. The field of view is actually 441 feet at 1000 yards, not the advertised 330 yards. This was an error in the specifications as listed on the Amazon web site. Bushnell indicates that this model ( 13-2000 ) has a 441 feet @ 1000 yard field of view.
The unit I initially received had a minor flaw on the interior coating of one of the objective lenses. Apparently there is some room for improvement with Bushnell's quality control program.
I am waiting for a replacement of this same model, so I would say that overall I am pleased with the unit.

This was a Christmas present for my wife. She wears glasses and has always had trouble with binoculars. These have special feature expecially for glasses wearers. The picture is clear and bright, the binoculars are easy to hold, focus and adjust to accomodate glasses. My wife is ecstatic about these binoculars.

Excellent. Just the right combination of power (8x) and lens diameter (42 mm). Rugged, durable, not too heavy. Fold-down eyecups are great when wearing glasses.

Purchased these binoculars after using my sister's Eagle Optics binoculars while birding at a migratory hotspot. Her binoculars were such an improvement over mine that I went online and found the Cornell University site that reviews and rates binoculars. The Bushnell binoculars were highly rated at by the Cornell reviewers so I purchased them. I wear glasses and the eye pieces adjust easily to accomodate my glasses. I use them primarily for birding and have found the optics sharp and the binoculars easy to focus. These binoculars weigh less than some of the other ones I looked at and that is important to me since I have neck and shoulder pain sometimes. I am very happy with my Bushnell binoculars.

I love them! We just built a new house for retirement which is situated overlooking a large pond. Daily, there is always something "happening" on the pond. Have these binoculars readily available to catch the activity as it happens!

I thought these were going to be ok, but they do not bring any detail to the distant object being viewed. I used these for just a little while and then bought a lighter and much less stiffer pair from Eagle. Love them (from Eagle), though. I guess these are ok for the beginner, but if you want to see detail, pass on them.

We considered many brands and options before choosing Bushnell 8 x 42. We have used them extensively for sight seeing at the grand canyon and in our mountain cabin. We love them! Simple to adjust, light weight, and amazing clarity. I highly recommend.....

Great bins for birdwatching! Wide lens to let in lots of light so you can catchup with flying birds easily. Lightish weight, clear vision,rubberised for inevitable knocks and drops. Have bought 4 pairs over the years. Excellant for learner birders, naturewatchers.

Binoculars are fair. Made in China stuff. Case is junk - thin plastic. I worry it will not hold up and may break, dropping and damaging the binoculars. If you look through the binoculars just right they are very good but there is a dark spot that can mar the image. Not the quality I had hoped for $90.
