I've had no problems with these binoculars whatsoever. Once the lenses are adjusted to each eye (all decent binoculars have this feature, a lot of people overlook it) the views are outstanding and crystal clear with excellent brightness. The rain/fogproof claim is a good one, I've taken them through heavey snow and rain and they've performed great.

Great binoculars for their size. Case supplied is a little cheap/poor fit. Overall, a good buy

This is exactly what I wanted. Lightweight, easy to use, sharp focus and compact. I haven't used it in the rain and hopefully I won't have to but it's good to have that option. I bought these as for travel when space is at a premium and they fit that bill well.

I was looking for a waterproof set of compact binoculars with decent specs and these seemed to fit the bill. I purchased them from Adorama through Amazon. I see that Amazon is now selling them directly.

They're very compact so you'll use them when you wouldn't consider bringing a larger pair. The image was pretty good but the field of view was a little narrow. I knew this from the specs so I wasn't disappointed. Focusing was a little sloppy but plenty good for this price range.

I couldn't use them because, even though they have retractable eyepieces to accomodate eyeglasses, the eye relief (12 mm) is way too short. With my eyglasses on I could only see part of the already narrow field of view. I got another pair (considerably more expensive) with 18.5 mm of eye relief and they allow me to see the full field of view with my eyeglasses on (but barely). I would consider 18 mm to be the minimum eye relief for eyeglass wearers. More would be better.

Had it not been for the eye relief, I would have kept them. I think they're a pretty good value for the price.

I purchased the Bushnell H2O 8x 25mm Waterproof Binocular for my 9 year old grandson and he loves them. An avid animal enthusiast he can now watch the hawks much more clearly and spot deer before they see him. I've used my set of Bushnell binoculars for 30 years and never had any problems getting closer to wildlife. I highly recommend these almost indestructible binoculars.

I used these for a number of years without knowing what a good pair of binoculars is. I very much liked the small size, I could keep them on me at all times when I lived in the Columbia wetlands. But they don't let in enough light for bird watching. Sometimes I couldn't quite see the details to identify challenging birds such as hawks. After a while the hinge became loose and they gave double vision unless I held them just right with both hands. They were a little hard to focus in a hurry.
So they aren't amazing binoculars but I'm glad I had them and very sad I lost them!
If you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars then these might be alright for you.

These are really great! Can't beat them for the price. They really are waterproof since my husband dropped them in the lake by accident. We were worried that the lens would fog after that but they never did. Clear vision and easy to focus. Would buy again!

I bought the 10x25 version of these, and was surprised at how terrible they were. One of the lenses in the eye piece was bigger than the other, resulting in an image that was terrible, as if you were cross-eyed -no way to fix even using the diopter. Absolute junk. Looking at the exit pupils you can see they are different sizes. I returned them and bought a Nikon at REI which is amazingly sharp and clear, no problem. I paid $100 for the Nikon, which was twice as much as the Bushnell, but it was worth it. I could have paid $50 and gotten the REI brand which was still amazing compared to the Bushnells (i.e. they had the same exit pupil size/no cross-eyed stuff), but decided to go ahead and get the even better Nikon Trailblazer (just a little bit brighter and sharper than the REI). Maybe I got a flawed pair of Bushnells, but I find it hard to believe since it looked to be clearly designed that way, with one piece of glass slightly bigger than the other, set in different sized plastic rings. Unbelievable. A definite don't buy. Not sure if any of the other reviewers have any idea that they are not supposed to be getting headaches and struggling to see an image in binoculars...
