I bought this rangefinder to replace one my friend and I were using that couldn't range past 400 yards! This one will and will do it out to 600-700 yards accurately. It's very small and compact but has a finicky way to insert and remove the CR123 battery. It requires a coin or screwdriver to do it. It may fog in extreme temp. or humidity changes so be careful. Overall, if you don't need to take shots beyond 500 or 600 yards, this is a great buy.

I PURCHASED THIS RANGE FINDER FOR MY HUSBAND AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. HE IS SO HARD TO BUY FOR BECAUSE HE IS VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT HIS HUNTING GEAR. HE ABSOLUTLY LOVES THIS RANGE FINDER AND HE MADE ALL THE OTHER HUNTERS JEALOUS. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY HUNTER.

This is my first rangefinder so my experience with them is limited. I do find it very when practicing with a bow to determine my distance. We'll see how it is in the tree this year. The price was right and I have purchased Bushnell product before and been very happy so I'm assuming I'll love this one as well.
