I got this video hoping to learn a little about the real world of acting, you know, agents, managers, casting directors, etc. I learn so much more than I expected! I already knew the basic facts about the business side of acting, but this tape has it all. Interviews with great actors like Ryan Stiles, Kathy Kinney and Diedrich Bader (all from The Drew Carey Show), John de Lancie (Q from Star Strek) and more, two casting directors, a talent agent... man, they really got it right! The hosts are a little dry, but they provide a huge amount of much needed information: facts, figures, warnings and advice. This is a great tape.

I'm the producer of this video program. As a professional actor in L.A., I remember how hard it was to figure out this town. I moved here from New York, did off-Broadway productions, roles on daytime dramas, and still I had no idea of how Hollywood worked. I've been in L.A. almost nine years now, and everything I learned I put in this video. We have great interviews, and tons of info to get any actor started in Hollywood. There's no other tape quite like it. Enjoy!
