Very useful for the aspiring legal scholar or business entrepreneur--this book provides a great introduction and foundation to business associations (aka "business enterprise" at some law schools). I would give it the full 5-star rating, but the typos are unacceptable. I am far from a "grammar elitist", and I will forgive most errors--but repeatedly missing periods, misspelling simple words like "of" and "to".... that really detracts from the author's credibility in my humble opinion.
I would still recommend this book to anyone who does not mind glaring grammatical errors. It does contain a vast amount of useful information allowing novice professionals to learn about LLPs, LLCs, C Corps, S Corps, partnerships, etc. |
