I thought this book was a waste of my money. All it did was generalize basic bankruptcy information which I pretty much knew from basic consumer/non-business bankruptcy experience. It appears to be written for the non-lawyer and I would even refer the non-lawyer to the National Consumer Law Center's book before this one. I am sure that some free materials will even equal or exceed the caliber of this "book." If you really need a reference for business bankruptcy essentials, I would definitely look elsewhere.
